During times of emergencies (broken springs) they were able to schedule a technician the same day I called. While I have been satisfied with the overall performance of Precision Door over the several times that we have done business together (which is why I keep using your company), the four hour service window is a real turnoff. Half a work day. Hard to imagine that your business model can't be fine tuned to cut that in half. I bet your competitors love it.
