My garage door seemed unresponsive to the remote door opener. I wasn't anle to close the door. I was concerned that this would turn into an expensive repair since the door was fairly old. Tim spotted the problem in two minutes. Apparently it was a minor adjustment to the Sensor. It was fixed in 60 seconds and all I had To pay was a $15 fuel charge. He was courteous and took the time to explain it to me. I will call them again when the need arises

OUTSTANDING JOB! This is how a company should operate. Scheduling the appointment was fast and easy. The technician Doug was prompt and very professional. Doug took the time to thoroughly inspect my door and gave recommendations to help the old door function more efficiently. I was pleasantly surprised that the cost of the repairs was comparable to all the other companies and that Doug did not try to pressure me into anything. I will be recommending Precision Door to my friends and family members who are in need of any garage door repairs.
