Have been using Precision Garage Door Service for over ten years. Technicians are always very friendly and knowledgeable. Always a good experience when they service my garage door. I just purchased a new opener and it is whisper quiet!! They kept my old one working for 15 years.

Chris Bernard was excellent: he arrived on time, was extremely friendly and personable, diagnosed multiple issues in minutes, and was able to completely redo our garage door system in a few hours that same day. It was not inexpensive, but with a holiday happening the next day we were so grateful for the quick fix! I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door for someone who wants the job done right.

Original installer of our garage door. I remember them doing a very professional job, so when the spring broke (years later), I did not hesistate to call them. I was concerned that the holiday was comng up and if I couldn't open the garage door, it would be a problem. They rearranged their scheule and were in (and out) less than 1 and a half hours from my call. Gave me upfront repair prices and we are all set. Thanks.

Technician Julio Rodriguez provided excellent, timely, and courteous, professional service at a reasonable price. The company was a pleasure to deal with from the moment the service representative answered my call, to the moment the work was completed roughly only two hours later. 5 stars and my highest recommendation.

Precision replaced most moving parts last year. Door was like new again. They were very good so when we had a problem today, we called and they sent someone right out. Naturally we couldn't recreate issue but he thinks he knows what was happening and reprogrammed the settings under warranty. Will see if that works. Both men were very professional and primary tech seemed very knowledgeable.

Have used Precision in Indiana and Florida. Have found them to be professional, very knowledgeable and always on time. Did a complete inspection on my garage door and found the issue to be my 20-year-old motor/opener. Opener was replaced as well as a complete tuneup of all parts. Weather stripping on door also replaced. Great job. Recommend this company.

David Hoffa came to my house to evaluate our garage door and garage pad. Unfortunately, the pad could not be replaced. David told me my options without any pressure and we decided not to change the entire unit until this one fails. I truly appreciated his honesty and would certainly recommend Precision Garage doors to everyone.

Your organization performed exceptionally well, starting with Brooke who courteously took my initial request, and to David Hoffa who analyzed my garage door anomaly with technical acuity and the utmost professionalism. Your team had previously visited my address when it was occupied by the previous owner, where they left a company labeled sticker on the garage door's inside wall. David had ultimately solved my problem, with no repairs necessary. He was also kind enough to give a thorough analysis of the existing components of my system. Thank you for providing a first-class experience.

This is the second time that I called Precision. My garage door wasn't opening and and I saw a broken piece of metal. They came out the same day and took care of my problem in the same professional and courteous way that they did the first time. They are definitely my go to company for garage door repairs!

As I was leaving the house and closed garage I noticed that door would not go all the way down and then return up. I noticed a hanging cable. I called Precision at around 9:40 am on Saturday and Merrick showed up around 1:30. He walked me through the problem and pointed out a few other issues that would need attention as well. He did a great job. Provided pix of his repairs, he was courteous and professional and pleasant. I’m very pleased.
