Jose the technician arrived on time. He introduced himself and we discussed the need for a new keypad. We have used Precision for over 40 years starting in New York. Jose did the job explaining what he was doing and checked the total door also. He did a thorough job. He suggested a surge protector and I agreed to buy one. Jose was spectacular!

Mike thoroughly cleaned the work area of any debris from the installation. Our technician was very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient as we pondered the various purchase options. We decided to go with the new Lift Master based on it's many features despite less expensive options being available. We wanted the longevity and peace of mind the Lift Master provides. Our technician installed everything without a hitch within an hour. We are very pleased with the product and service.

Jose Espinoza completed my service and he was excellent! Very personable and knowledgeable. Got the job done fairly quickly- explained everything well. He gave me the good, better, best options but was understanding when my budget only allowed the “good” service. Precision should give Jose a raise….he is worth it! He also sold me raffle tickets for the Children’s Hospital!
