Our technician was very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient as we pondered the various purchase options. We decided to go with the new Lift Master based on it's many features despite less expensive options being available. We wanted the longevity and peace of mind the Lift Master provides. He sets the standard to which all garage door professionals should follow! Tyler took the time to become familiar with my garage door opening system, and how I used it, to systematically diagnose what was preventing the door from opening. Based on his findings he presented solutions that would allow me to make an informed decision. Tyler then performed the complete rebuild of my garage door opening system. At the end of his install he walked me through the entire system, and explained everything he had done.
