Happy to give a five-star review to Precision Overhead Garage Service. We needed a new opener and technicians Alex and Tyrone were punctual, professional, and very informative. As promised, Alex called ahead and let us know exactly when they would arrive. They clearly knew what they were doing and in a little over an hour completed both the installation and a complete servicing of our door--including the rollers, hinges, and springs. Moving forward we will stick to a schedule of annual service calls.

We had used Precision last year for a broken spring and were very pleased with the service. Several days ago we experienced a power surge which burned out the logic board in the motor of he garage door opener. Alex and Tyrone came out and thoroughly checked everything. Alex gave us all of our options and explained each. We went with a new unit and they installed it right then. They cleaned up after and we are extremely happy. Thanks to Jerry Cunningham (Door Designer / Technical Consultant) Described all the elements off our door, including Miami-Dade hurricane rating, style, color, Insured proper wood header installed and in good condition and all other clearances would be in place for installation team. Mitch/ Doug performed the installation and did a great job! Mitch described door operation, including all safety features and maintenance lubrication points (White lithium Grease). Very helpful ! After all work job site cleaned as they found it. Very PROFFESIONAL. courtious, and friendly. Thanks to Jennifer for coordination of the permit and work Team.

It is rare to find a company that solved my problem so quickly and professionally! I called at 7:35, Vince arrived at 8:45 and he was finished by 10 am! The garage door is now properly connected to the garage door opener, I have new, quiet rollers, the spring was tuned and everything that needed lubricant got a shot of silicon!
