As promised, Alex called ahead and let us know exactly when they would arrive. They clearly knew what they were doing and in a little over an hour completed both the installation and a complete servicing of our door--including the rollers, hinges, and springs. Several days ago we experienced a power surge which burned out the logic board in the motor of he garage door opener. Alex and Tyrone came out and thoroughly checked everything.
