This was my first experience with Precision and I could not have been more impressed. Prior to the visit my garage door was so noisy and now it is so quiet I have to look to make sure it is moving. I was impressed with the professionalism, knowledge and efficiency of the technician. I also appreciated the compamies policy of sending an email to verify appointment with the name and photo of the ttechnician. I will recommend Precision to others.

I have needed a new garage door for years, and I kept putting it off for many reasons, cost being a major consideration, but also I needed to find a reputable garage door company. My online search for a garage door lead me to Precision, and I now know that I made an excellent decision! It wasn't cheap, but with a lifetime guarantee and excellent service, I think I got a great deal! My techs were Sean and Jo-el, and both were courteous and professional. Took 5 weeks from the original estimate, but the guy who came out to price the door warned me of that so no big deal. I am a satisfied customer!
