Kyle came to my house this morning. I had called for service earlier today. Excellent customer service. Kyle was knowledgeable and explained my options. I chose to rebuild the door because of its age. In addition to the springs he installed new quiet rollers, cable and drum. I called Precision because of their advertisement in The Home Mag as well as another home magazine. An excellent company to do business with.

very professional service from the beginning. started with a phone call, someone answering, asking the right questions, to email appt. confirmation. then technician calling 30min. before the scheduled appt. tech. came in a professional van, was thorough in checking the functionality and condition of the garage door. he explained the exact cost and fixed the door within 30min. very good professional company.....don't bother calling around shopping or comparing prices....these guys are fair and professional.

Alex came out on short notice to fix the garage door where one of the springs fell off. He discovered the door had not been serviced since 1993! He also found an additional problem I am pleased to the nth degree. Yours is a business I would recommend to everyone without any hesitation.
