Precision did a great job making my old garage door opener and door like new. They didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need, they were prompt and friendly. Over a year later my laser got out of alignment and the door wouldn’t close. Precision came out and explained the problem to me and fixed it free of charge. One morning our garage door wouldn’t open and we were not able to open it manually because one of the springs had broken. Precision sent out Vince that same day. He showed us the rollers were bad and the broken spring. He also did a few adjustments and put in new weather stripping. He was very pleasant and professional.

I had called your company about replacing the springs on my garage door because of one breaking. Jose was the technician that came out to the house. He was very friendly, polite & knowledgeable. I was impressed by his workmanship and the way he explained about all the parts and how they function. I believe that he is a very good asset to your company.
