Chris B. came to my house to see what needs to be done to my garage door. It was determined that the old door and everything connected to it should be replaced because it's all 25-26 years old and it's time to do so. Chris was great in explaining what all was wrong and gave me options. I really appreciate his professionalism. Thank you, Chris! P. W. McLeod Delray Beach, FL

My parents had been happily dealing with Precision Garage Door Svc for years. Now that I'm pretending to be the responsible adult in this house I figured it was a save bet to continue with their service. Great move (patting myself on the back). The tech they sent was Prince C. He was great and honestly answered my questions. When I looked for him on their site he is listed as Trainee. I'm here to tell you they can change that to Namaste! Seemed to truly be a master at his craft! He was also formally a NY kid which made me feel comfortable. I didn't know whether to offer him a bagel or a knish, but in the end I let him do his job and I was a very happy consumer!

From phone call requesting service to completion of work, everything was outstanding. My assigned Repairman was Mike who was knowledgeable, technically astute, and very respectful. He represented Precision Door Service very very well and it was my pleasure. Meeting him today. During today, tune up, the weatherstriping on the bottom of the door was replaced along with the rollers and all components were checked. Thank You All for exceeding All expectations today.

Thomas arrived within the time window promised. He is extremely personable and after assessing the problem he presented me with a few options. He installed my new garage opener and walked me through how it operates. Thomas exceeded my expectations! I highly recommend Precision Garage Door. My experience was 100% positive from my phone call to schedule the visit to Thomas completing the job.

I have used other Precision franchises. When my 26 year old spring broke I called and they sent someone within 3 hours. Chris was prompt and thorough. His explanation of our issues were very clear. We elected to just replace the immediate broken parts. He was not pushy about the other recommended items but he showed me every part and why it will be necessary in the future. Then he completed the work quickly and quietly. The price was a bit more than I hoped but still within reason for the immediate service.

Julio responded within the time for the appointment and immediately diagnosed the problem and fix. He did so competently, professionally and with humor. We would rely upon Precision for our future needs hoping that Julio would be the technician who responded. Julio insured we will be customers of Precision and recommend the Company to our friends and neighbors.

The experience from start to finish was one of the best service technician experiences I have had. Tommy was efficient, knowledgeable about the product, respectful, organized and explained all the options very well. I replaced the motor, belt drive, springs, rollers and remotes. He got on with the work we agreed, completed it all as indicated, and explained it all when done. Hat's off to Tommy and this company. I will definitely use them again whenever needed.

The tech, Tyler did a great job. He went above and beyond. He didn’t leave until cars, and all devices were programmed. Price was very reasonable. It took him less than two hours to remove my old opener, including tracks and install the new one. Great service. I called yesterday afternoon and he was here this morning.

Have a supervisor call me and I will explain the one star. The rating has nothing to do with the service person who was good and I added tip.
