One morning our garage door wouldn’t open and we were not able to open it manually because one of the springs had broken. Precision sent out Vince that same day. He showed us the rollers were bad and the broken spring. He also did a few adjustments and put in new weather stripping. He was very pleasant and professional.

I chose Precision because my next door neighbor used your company and was happy with your service. I also did my due diligence by checking on line and found favorable results there. I was also impressed when Christine told me on the phone that the tech would write up a proposal for me and that he would have everything on the truck necessary to complete the project (which turned out to be accurate). Daniel did exactly what I was told he would do. He listen to my thoughts and as requested, wrote up two proposals so that I could determine which one to choose. Daniel clearly answered all my questions so that I could determine the scope of the work to be completed. Once we agreed on the work to be done, Daniel got set up and worked nonstop to complete the project. He addressed any concerns that I had and made sure that I understood all aspects of the mechanisms before leaving.
