We had Precision replace our garage door five years ago, they did a great job. I needed to tweak the height, I called Jim offered to come over if his instructions on the phone did not work, they did great quick service call on the phone. Needed a new key pad, called this week, they were here early in their window, replaced the keypad, tuned up the door and out. Perfect service company. Thank you !

My garage door motor/lift fell off the ceiling of the garage and wired door opener stopped working. My sister recommended Precision as she has used them and was very satisfied with their work. To my surprise Precision garage door was open on Sunday and was able to schedule an appointment within hours to do the repair. The technician was prompt, professional and clearly explained what needed to be done as well as the fee. I am very happy with the repair.
