Eric our technician was both friendly and professional. He pointed out that the spring coils on the garage door has counterweights and they need to be calibrated. He replaced the sheared bracket with a betted designed one. He went beyond what was expected. I was very satisfied with his service. Next time I have to call I will request Eric. He is a excellent technician.

We were taken care of within 4 hours of our call on a Monday morning. Our technician, Daniel, alerted us of his arrival 20 minutes prior. He couldn't have been more professional and well prepared. He provided us with our options and at no time pressured us to make a quick decision. Fortunately, all of the parts were on his service vehicle and he performed the installation within the time he approximated. Furthermore. Daniel made sure my wife and I both fully understood the workings of our new opener, along with the remotes and keypad. He also programmed our vehicles and left our garage area spotless. We would totally recommend Precision Garage Door.
