We were taken care of within 4 hours of our call on a Monday morning. Our technician, Daniel, alerted us of his arrival 20 minutes prior. He couldn't have been more professional and well prepared. He provided us with our options and at no time pressured us to make a quick decision. Fortunately, all of the parts were on his service vehicle and he performed the installation within the time he approximated. Furthermore. Daniel made sure my wife and I both fully understood the workings of our new opener, along with the remotes and keypad. He also programmed our vehicles and left our garage area spotless. We had are new garage door installed today. I great team of guys installed it in a very timely manner. The door is very nice and well constructed. Also a very quiet door to close. Great experience. From making the appointment and scheduling, technician showed up on time, called to give me an update on expected arrival and did a great job once on site. Had to replace almost all of the hardware - springs, cables, rollers and adjust and reanchor everything.

My garage door wouldn't close. I called right away in the morning and was greeted by a pleasant young woman and by that afternoon a technician named Jeff appeared at my door. He analyzed the problem and gave me three options as far as repair. I selected one and within an hour he replaced my springs, bearings, etc. I was thrilled. Such a nice guy! I will never call another company and probably won't have to since it was repaired properly. Five stars!!! ,
