My garage door wouldn't close. I called right away in the morning and was greeted by a pleasant young woman and by that afternoon a technician named Jeff appeared at my door. He analyzed the problem and gave me three options as far as repair. I selected one and within an hour he replaced my springs, bearings, etc. I was thrilled. Such a nice guy! Stephanie took my call and was able to give me a very accurate time Mike would arrive the following morning. After inspecting my situation Mike gave me a few different options for the repair.
