I am completely satisfied except the techs did not have a long enough screw(s) to attach the trim to the house on the left hand side bottom of th door opening. I assume they will come out and complete the job by doing so with he right size screws. Gary Wolf

Excellent job getting here for a repair that had us left with 2 cars stuck in the garage. Eric was very good. He did not expect to do a larger job and therefore did not have the brackets needed. Luckily he was able to utilize what we had in the garage.

INSTALLATION AND INSPECTION--5 STARS- ALL THE WAY: DAWN,BOBBIE AND SHAWN HAVE ALL BEEN JUST SUPER. I NEEDED THEM TO COME BACK AND INSPECT SOMETHING BEFORE PAINTING AROUND THE SEAL. THEY WERE HERE IN 1/2 DAYS NOTICE! TALK ABOUT SERVICE AFTER THE SALE. YES ITS A GREAT PRODUCT, BUT THEY HAVE THE SERVICE TO MATCH. JUST A GREAT COMPANY !!!

That is why, when Sean called us to say that he might be a half hour late, it helped us tremendously in adjusting our schedule for that afternoon.
