I am in the service business and there is nothing better than making a phone call at 8 am, setting an appt on the same day, tech arrives at 11 am and my door is repaired better than new by 2 pm. This is after Hurricane Irene ripped thru 24 hours ago. Simply unbelievable, yet understandable when you select a quality company. Hand down, I will recommend. Plus, Ken was a pleasure to speak with. I felt comfortable right from the moment I called Precision when my garage door refused to open. My Technician Doug was amazing! He was courteous and made me feel at ease from the moment he arrived through the evaluation and estimate process and while he was working. Doug was very honest about the state of my door and in no way pushed me to make the decision to do an overhaul on it. I am so satisfied knowing that with this choice I now am entitled to free service calls for any future issues.
