I felt comfortable right from the moment I called Precision when my garage door refused to open. My Technician Doug was amazing! He was courteous and made me feel at ease from the moment he arrived through the evaluation and estimate process and while he was working. Doug was very honest about the state of my door and in no way pushed me to make the decision to do an overhaul on it. I am so satisfied knowing that with this choice I now am entitled to free service calls for any future issues. With all the parts he replaced my door is working better than it has since I bought this house! Thank you Precision! I really appreciate your quick and kind service! I will recomend you anytime a friend needs help with their garage door!
