Karter really knocked this job out of the park. My garage door had been neglected for many years. Karter called ahead as requested, arrived on time and got straight to it. When the springs on my garage door broke, I called Precision who installed my beautiful new garage door about 5-years ago. They responded very promptly and were on-site in about an hour from my call. My service technician Jose did an exceptional job of repairing the door and installing the new springs to get me operational again. He was professional, courteous, his work was neat and he made sure everything was running perfectly before he left.

One of our Garage door springs snapped today rendering the garage door inoperable. Willie R from Precision came to do the repair/replacement. He was efficient, pleasant and extremely knowledgeable. He did an expert replacement of my springs, cables and bearings and drums. Also and importantly, Precision came within an hour of my call on a Saturday afternoon. Thanks again!
