The reason I called Precision Overhead Garage Door Service was because the company I usually used said they could not make for at least 7 Days! I called Precision and from the phone call til a very qualified and nice technician (Eric Dennison) arrived was 3 hrs. Erics assessment and pricing was spot on with what I expected. new springs for my garage door. I chose Precision because I wanted the high cycle spring replacements as I was informed these would last a minimum of 15 years.. Technician Hector was polite,professional and courteous. He knew exactly what I was looking for & installed it quickly. He gave a full explanation of its operation etc. Only thing other than above which I requested was that the receipt be mailed to me as I don;t have a printer which can print emails.
