After an extensive research and review of garage door manufacturers and service providers, Precision Door stood out as the best of the best. I have contacted several other garage door service providers and was not completely satisfied with their customer service and prices. Precision was the only service provider that provided a free lifetime warranty on ALL their products and services. Precision does provide a high level of quality and value! Their technician was very professional and courteous. He had superior knowledge of garage doors and all that it took to fix their problems. I am totally satisfied with the product, cost, and service provided to me by Precision!

I chose Precision from my google search as they advertised "repair" and "same day service" both of which were important to us. We had our garage door springs and bolts/wheels replaced. The service man was very knowledgeable, pleasant and capable. He kept me informed of each step and left us with a safe and secure operating garage door.

From appointment setting to repair this was a good experience. I got an email confirmation for the appointment and email invoice after the repair.The tech works off a tablet so this company is using the latest technology. Tim Wakefield was WONDERFUL and I think you should give him a nice big fat juicy raise!!! SEriously!!!! He was fantastic and I will definately recommend him to others! He was confident and knowledgeable and very professional and I loved how he took the time to show & explain everything to me!!! I feel confident that my door is going to work for years to come and I appreciate his honesty & patience & attention to detail! Good work Tim and thank you!!!! I originally called Precision because of a coupon that was in a mailer which BTW didn't apply to the services I had done but Tim was kind enough to tell me about another 10% off coupon that could be applied which is one reason we went ahead and had him do the work so thank you again Tim! Don't forget to give him a raise! :)
