My door was untracked, and stuck in the closed position. The Tech. Eric D re racked the door and then diagnosed that my door springs were no longer providing the force nessessary to keep the door from unracking again and eventuly would burn out my garage door opener. He replaced the springs that were worn and cracking and re racked and balanced the door. Eric did a great job.

My experience with Precision Doors from start to finish was a pleasure. I called late Saturday afternoon & was pleasantly surprised that a service call on the weekend was free, as long as service was done. I was given a window time of 8:00 A.M. - 12:00 P.M. They followed up with an e-mail confirmation as well as a bio of the Technician, Roberto (Bobby) with a picture so I knew who to expect. On Sunday morning the Technician called at 8:15 to tell me he would be there within 30 minutes. He arrived soon after that. He explained to my husband & I what needed to be done & what our options were as well as prices. We were very happy with price too. We chose the full replacement of the parts with a lifetime warranty. Bobby was professional, knowledgeable, courteous & didn't try to intimidate us into buying what we didn't need. He completed the job in a timely manner & after he was done explained in detail what he had replaced. Tech did an outstanding job, was very timely in the install everything looks and was great. After he left I didn't even have a business card to thank him and the company email was from "management" ? And also the other invoice email didn't have the attachment so I would have a copy of my bill. Technology is great, but a card and receipt would have also been.
