Tyrone Burton from Precision Garage Door Service exceeded my expectations when he came to fix my garage door opener. Not only was he friendly and knowledgeable, but he clearly explained what needed to be fixed and all of my options. He also recommended a few things to keep the whole garage door contraption working better and some helpful maintenance suggestions. The price was reasonable and I will recommend Tyrone and Precision to anyone needing garage door service!

I recently used Precision Garage Door for a broken spring. The service technician Jose Espinoza was very informative and made the entire process simple and easy. He was quick to diagnose the issue and recommend the necessary repairs. My garage door is now working better than before. I would recommend Precision Garage Door and I will use them again.

I chose Precision Door because the garage door company I used years ago apparantly is out of business. I was lucky to Google Precision Door and luckier to get Mike Gervais as my service man. Mike was prompt, professional, curteous, and highly competent. He installed new springs, bolts (I think), and new nylon rollers. I recommend Precision Door for any garage door work.

Willy was great! very knowledgeable and explain everything very thoroughly. He and his assistant completed the job in 2 hours and cleaned up neatly after. Willy then proceeded to show me how to maintain the springs and hinges with garage lubricant approximately 3 times per year. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door!!

I enjoyed the convenience of online booking for my appointment and was able to book for the following day 10 – 12 time period. The tech called at 11:15 and said that the previous job was bigger than expected and he would have to pass my appointment on to another tech in the 12-2 time period. The new technician called about 15 minutes before arrival and on his arrival inspected the broken spring and gave me three options at different price points for the repair. He explained the difference between them and offered good advice. I chose the most thorough and as a result the most expensive. He worked quickly and efficiently, reviewed the work with me and gave advice on maintenance I could perform. All an all a good experience and I would recommend Precision Garage in the future.

Eyron Molina responded to my call for help with one of my garage doors not closing properly. I called on Saturday afternoon around 3:30 p.m., they said that a technician could be here between 4 and 6 p.m., and he arrived promptly just after 4 p.m. Wow! That was great. The problem was very simple. It appeared that my yard helpers may have pulled on the release cord that prevented the door to close automatically. The fix was so easy, and Eyron was able to give a quick service lubricating both doors. Plus, he was very amicable and charming on top of being an excellent professional. Thank you for the excellent service!

I can not begin to tell you how impressed I am with your company, but most especially the gentleman that you have representing your company. Jose was my service tech and he went above and beyond!!! I had originally met with Mo Better garage door co and I was lied to and not only did they not service the door correctly, I paid for replacement rollers and they didn't even put the bottom one on because it was too difficult! On the other hand, Jose was exceptional, He was honest with me about the issues with the door and went out of his way to fix what the Mo Better screwed up, but then he made it better that it was to begin with. You have an amazing asset to your company in Jose!!! He should get a raise!!!
