I called at 9 am for service and had my tech, Tyrone, at my door at 11:30 am. Tyrone walked me through an evaluation of my garage door/opener system and quickly assessed the issues and gave me the quote. I decided to move forward and the work was all complete by 3:30 pm. The door works great now. Tyrone explained operation and maintenance moving forward and extended his information in case I had any questions in the future. Very happy with the service! Highly recommend.

Outstanding work. The door was never this quiet or smooth until Jose correctly diagnosed the problems. Stronger springs were needed (they were replaced twice before but not apparently with the right ones) as were new rollers. Programmed everything and made it real easy for us to use. Can't thank Jose enough.

Called Thursday evening after my garage door would not open. Was given an appointment for 8am Friday morning. Chris the technician arrived right on time and immediately recognized that one of the springs had broken. He provided a reasonable estimate and had the door operating again in less than two hours. He was professional and explained several things that I should do to help keep the door operating well in the future. The service from the response to my call to through the repair process could not have been better. This was the second time I used Precision - replaced the motor two years ago - and another great example of superior service.

Purchased a new garage door system, top of the line in terms of money. Day of install, the tech scolded me for not having the sides of the garage cleared. I guess it was too much for him to roll a bike to the back of garage. I contacted customer service via email and phone to have a few issues resolved with quality of installation of Door. I paid promptly, so I don't understand why they cannot schedule service. Disappointed with customer service.
