Purchased a new garage door system, top of the line in terms of money. Day of install, the tech scolded me for not having the sides of the garage cleared. I guess it was too much for him to roll a bike to the back of garage. I contacted customer service via email and phone to have a few issues resolved with quality of installation of Door. I paid promptly, so I don't understand why they cannot schedule service. Disappointed with customer service.

We used Precision garage door 2 years ago to replace and install a new insulated garage door and new precision 801series opener. We started having an issue with the door opener motor. When the springs on my garage door broke, I called Precision who installed my beautiful new garage door about 5-years ago. They responded very promptly and were on-site in about an hour from my call.
