Very pleased with Tyler. He arrived within the projected time. He inspected the door, not just the spring that needed to be replaced. He made recommendations for maintenance & replacement of +20 year old parts. Detailed quote provided for repairs and potential upgrade to hurricane doors. His estimated time to complete the repair was spot on. When he finished, he walked me through what he had done and how to maintain the repairs. I will use them again if and when needed.

We used Precision garage door 2 years ago to replace and install a new insulated garage door and new precision 801series opener. We started having an issue with the door opener motor. When the springs on my garage door broke, I called Precision who installed my beautiful new garage door about 5-years ago. They responded very promptly and were on-site in about an hour from my call. My service technician Jose did an exceptional job of repairing the door and installing the new springs to get me operational again. He was professional, courteous, his work was neat and he made sure everything was running perfectly before he left.

One of our Garage door springs snapped today rendering the garage door inoperable. Willie R from Precision came to do the repair/replacement. He was efficient, pleasant and extremely knowledgeable.
