It was extremely easy to have my garage door repaired. Not only did I get a service call the very next morning, I was confident I was in good honest hands with Precision??Zeb presented three options right away. He had all the parts and he was super easy to understand the way he explained my choices. My door is 20yrs old and it's so convenient Zeb was able to bring it back to life. It is hard to imagine how dependent we are on our doors for bad weather and security. Swell job Precision!

Second time that I have used Precision and both experiences were excellent. Resulted in a very quiet door opening and closing! My appointment was made next day, tech alerted me as to his arrival within the window provided, and tech was personable, efficient and knowledgeable. He identified areas of concern that I had not been aware of. After installing he explained to me how everything worked and who I can call if anything doesn’t work as expected as well as things that I can troubleshoot myself. All around good experience!

My garage door broke over the weekend and I was able to schedule a repair for Sunday afternoon. Tyler was running late due to his earlier appointments, but he kept me well updated and arrived at 8pm, just as he said. He was very knowledgeable and took time to answer my questions. He worked on my door until almost 10pm and he was as pleasant as if it was his first job of the day. Very professional.
