Precision came out as scheduled and replaced my existing door opener which was worn and very loud. The original tech did a nice job but missed a few minor things which we discovered with further use of the new operating system. Precision then sent someone else a few days later to review the installation and made some minor adjustments which solved all of my concerns. I am a repeat customer and have been highly satisfied with their work.

Great Service!!! Rony was very knowledgeable, friendly & courteous. He called before coming, asked questions regarding our issue and then explained what needed to be done along with the cost before going forward, after the repair, he showed us what was done, suggested a surge protector to avoid problems with power outages and what to look for if another problem occurred. The sensors needed replaced which the previous service provider should have done. They took advantage of us and overcharged. We made a Great move by choosing Precision. Would recommend to friends and family. Also, love the email showing who was coming and telling us about them before they arrived.

Last week I had 2 springs put on my garage door, and I was given a total quote for the spring repair. I mentioned to the girl in customer service that it was a 2 car garage door, and she mentioned to me that the 2 springs needed to be replaced, so I asked her for a total price including service and after the service was done, my daughter called me that it was double the price. The girl never mentioned that the quote was per spring. I was disappointing that I was misinformed.
