Mica was your employee that came to my house exactly on time, very eloquently described the function of the garage door and what had to be done. 5 stars When calling for the appointment, the girl was very thorough with what my service was going to entail, then went over all my information to make sure all was accurate. Rony, our tech, called ahead to inform me of his arrival time and then showed on time. He explained my options and quoted a proposal. We agreed o that and the work was done and done right in a timely manner. I wish all service companies operated like Precision. Thank you all for your great service. We will recommend to others.

Nathan showed up promptly on time, with a call before, to let us know he was on his way. The work he performed was exemplary. One of our doors, six months new, needed a minor adjustment to eliminate noise. He eliminated it and made other adjustments to make it even quieter.
