I REALLY trust this company as they are thorough from beginning to end and very detailed about the quality of work. Sean (Technician) took the time to explain the what, why and how it broke and how to maintain after breakage. No additional parts added and existing pieces in good condition were kept meaning no hidden charges. I will use again and recommend to neighbors. Part that broke, Springs on 13 yr old home. Also, replaced cables (too much slack) and center bracket with sealed bearings. The old one was plastic! Garage is whisper quiet!!
