Great approach to doing contractor business. On-line appointment windows (which were met on time)...clearly defined service options (good/better/best) pricing...coupon-based advertising was honored without question...courteous and capable workmanship by Alex & Sean...a very positive experience. While I don't anticipate the need, I'd certainly use Precision Door again...5 stars

IMPRESSED ALL AROUND!! A++++++++++ DOUG called immediately and said 30 minutes until arrival. He arrived in 30 minutes. He gave an explanation of all that was wrong and what it would cost. He worked diligently to fix it BEYOND OUTSTANDING. (This year 2000 door has ALWAYS made TERRIBLE LOUD NOISES as it opens.) After Doug worked on it, it works BETTER THAN IN ENTIRE LAST 13 YEARS. I have to tell you that I had booked an appointment for 4:30-6:30 with another company, and they called at 5:30 to say THEY WOULD NOT BE COMING TODAY. Then I called ANOTHER COMPANY. The Technician said his girlfriend had made plans for them, and he could not make it TODAY. When I asked about 24/7 service and if there was another technician, he said I am one of the FAMILY OWNERS of the COMPANY and it will be TOMORROW EARLIEST. Anyway-I was IMPRESSED that I called PRECISION at 8 pm and they booked me for 9-11pm and ACTUALLY FOLLOWED THROUGH. I also like the Galaxy Pad for signing, and the instant email of the bill. Thank You for MAKING MY DAY wih your BEYOND OUTSTANDING service and CONGRATULATIONS to Technician Doug for a job well done!

Richard was awesome. showed up before the scheduled time. i know things needed to be moved for him to work and i was not home to move them. he did everything and got my door working again. all done before i even got home. thanks for a great job!!! i WILL recommend you to my friends and neighbors.

Last night our garage door severely racked off its tracks by a toad getting stuck in the track. Called Precsion in the morning and they had a tech here by 1:00 (on time). Alex was very professional and friendly. Within two hours the door was completely rebuilt and far better than new. The most impressive part was the work van, it was the cleanest and most well organized van I have ever seen! Thanks so much, Robert H.
