Today I had the pleasure of having Precision Door Service complete a spring replacement on our garage door. The technician (Eric D.) was fantastic. He called when he was about 20 minutes away, showed up on time, was courteous, professional, and did an absolutely perfect job. He even left the work area cleaner than it was when he arrived. Of all the times I've ever had any in-home service performed, this was hands-down the best experience I've ever had. I would recommend Eric and Precision to everyone who has any issues with their garage door.

We had just purchased a new garage door opener for the second time in a year and lo and behold, just when my husband leaves for a business trip, the garage door opener breaks again! No matter what I did, I couldnt get the garage door to go back up. I called Precision and they were able to send their Technician, Alex, out to look at the problem. He called in advance and was right on time for the appointment. Turns out, it was a very simple fix where all he had to do was tigbten the drive belt on the door opener motor. He charged me only for the service call and my garage door is working once again. It is quiet and barely makes a sound when in use. Thank you to Alex for fixing the problem and for Precision for being such a class act!

Told one price on the phone and it was double when the tech arrived. Haggled with price for 30 min before agreeing on a price. Price went from $370 down to $250 for replacing springs. Tech did a good job with install.

My wife found your company's website on the internet after we became dissatisfied with the service provided by one of your competitors. The reviews presented there motivated us to call. Your service technician, Noah Nelson, was courteous, efficient, and thoroughly explained everything to both my wife and me at separate times. He made sure we understood the workings of our new garage door opener which replaced a 20 year old one from another company. The finished door and opener is quieter than I have ever heard a garage door in operation. Noah also replaced the rollers and programmed our vehicle to operate the door. I especially liked the fact that Noah was not rushing to get to the next job but took the time to make sure we did not have any more questions before he left. It was a 5 star job and I will not hesitate to contact your company again should the need arise.

I decided to go with Precision Door because of the reviews I read online. I had a broken spring on my main door. I called and was greeted by a friendly person who was able to schedule an appointment the same day to meet our needs. The job was completed as promised and from my point of view for a reasonable price. I will call them again if I need any future service work.

I called after 9:00 pm on Saturday night and the phone was answered promptly by Christina. Although she was unable to schedule me for Sunday, she did get an appointment for me on Monday, between the hours of 1 and 5. Noah called me about 20 minutes prior to his arriving and he was at my home by 1:30 in the afternoon. He was very pleasant and not only took care of my broken spring, but checked the rest of the door to make sure I would not have any problems in later months. I was very satisfied with the service provided by Precision.

I had original garage door openers over 14 years old...they started acting up so I called "Precision doors...and they are expert in what they do.... the uniforms, the trucks everything was spot on!....Recommended replacing the door springs as well, which were quite rusty...and the openers, the sensors and door springs were installed fast!....love the new garage door openers ...many advances have been made from the vinyl belt drive to the quiet motor to the nice touchpads and remote controls....all are excellent and the service was outstanding! ....the highest recommendations! can't go wrong with this company... they are the best there is.

Found Precision Door ad in a local home magazine. Read through the reviews and decided to give them a try. I was not disappointed. I called at 10:15am and was given a window of 11:00am- 1:00pm. Alex gave me a call when he was 15 mins. away. Alex was very polite and professional, and gave me a complete rundown of what needed to be done. Springs were installed and door was adjusted in one hour. I plan on upgrading my door to a wind load rated door in the very near future and will not hesitate to use Precision Door again.
