My tech was Jeff. He called before coming and arrived shortly after. He checked my door thoughly and found springs to be the right size with only a balance problem. He made small adjustment in springs and on belt to my opener. This took care of problem. I found Jeff to be very professional and easy to understand regarding door. Needed emergency repair on a Sunday - got it! Then ordered new door. Had to go thru' all approvals but door installed today. It is excellent. The installers (Merrick and Cody) were great - friendly, got the job done in good time, pleasant and thorough.

I was very impressed with the service. I called on a Saturday morning. They showed up a little after noon as they said they would. They diagnosed the problem, explained things to me, made the repair, responded to emails quickly etc etc. You really could not expect better. Also, the repairman was very nice, kind, and seemed good at his job. I would definitely recommend them, and I would reuse them for future issues.
