I called early am, my call was taken, I was given a window of 9-1pm, the tech arrived. 9.30 am, my door was rebuilt in approx 2 hrs, better parts were installed than existing parts, my door has never been this quiet, being an auto repair tech , I watched closely , Alex was great , give the whole service a Ten!!! The scheduling procedure and timely service is almost unheard of here in SoFlo. Then having a technician like Alex do such a thorough and tidy job was icing on the cake! His skill and professional approach to making the door safe and quiet, (I opted for the powder coated new springs) and his adjustment and inspection of all parts left me with knowing I had a safe and secure door. Noah Nelson was the tech sent to my house. He called me the day before & introduced himself, and the day of to give me a window of when he would arrive (a short time, maybe 2 hrs max). Then he called when he was on his way! He was polite, knowledgeable and very pleasant. (And very calm when my old motor smoked so bad it looked like it was about to catch fire.) He was able to fix everything and install a new motor in about an hour- without any mess at all. You could only tell he had been there because my door works perfectly now. I highly recommend Precision and Noah Nelson in particular. This was the best service I have had from any company - they are truly pros who earned my business!

I had a competitor provide a repair and the garage door broke a couple of years later. When Noah arrived to access the issues he took a few minutes and offered me 3 options. I elected the overhaul and the quality of the replacement parts was far superior that what was previously provided by the competitor. He also replaced the broken rubber, an item I was told in the past could not be done. Noah was professional, thorough, knowledgeable and there's a lifetime guarantee on the parts to boot.

Dear Sir: On April 3 I had Precision come in to replace a broken spring. The tech recommended I also replace the other unbroken one and I followed through and even purchased the package coverage that guaranteed all moving parts which he checked out for 3 years. I spent $424 and felt confident that I made the right choice for the repair. Unfortunately in less than 10 days from then, my garage door would not open. Precision's tech returned and now tells me that my motor is not functioning. I have to say that this is no coincidence as I am now being quoted an additional $500 to replace a motor that was functioning all along. I have researched the issue and sincerely believe that the tension applied to the springs to offset the weight of the door was not properly calibrated at installation and has consequently resulted in exceeding the motor's capacity thus resulting in its failure This is of major inconvenience to me, not to mention the cost I am facing in a 2 week period of time. This is obviously not a coincidence. I request that Precision do the right thing and replace my motor and guarantee the work performed at no cost to me. I await your response.
