Our technician was Bobby this morning. He called when he was on his way, he was on time, and he was very polite when he arrived. Five stars already. He thoroughly explained what was wrong to me, gave me a price that was fair, and then went to work right away. We like to be good to people that come to the house so I made him coffee and served him Lemon Cake with homemade blackberry sauce. He had his snack when he was done while we tested the door. He was an absolute delight to have, careful and thorough and he even offered to look at our second door. He pointed out some things re. the motor and spring size and made some recommendations. Bobby's sincere demeanor and thorough, careful job performance earned our trust. We will be calling you the next time we have a door malfunction and we will ask for Bobby!! Thank you so much for quality, trustworthy, outstanding service.

Service was impeccable, Bobby was right on time, called ahead and explained everything he was doing and why. I came to Precision because of the reviews and others' positive experience and I would definitely recommend them myself. If I had any concern it would be the cost of the new opener that I needed, but if you figure it would cost a couple hundred more anyway to get someone knowledgeable to install such a retail-bought opener, plus the cost of a service call, the extra cost is an acceptable trade-off for less hassle.

I would like to say thanks for a great job on installing my new garadge door.... The experience started with a courtisy call for a 30 min arrival time they showed up in 20 min.then the guys got out of truck and professionaly introduced themselves, then asked if I understood what I was getting which I appreciate I have had contractor's start a job an half way through say something was not in contract which put me in a bad corner.. The men then got started there was 2 men and they just seem to know exactly what the other was doing which made for a very efficient install, really made me comfortable. Upon completion the lead guy came to me for a inspection and asked me if everything was what I expected. Perfect job, I am very pleased with the entire experience. Hello, My name is Daisy Velez, I had a door installed by your company back in July, 2013. I had a small situation arise with the permit and the City of Margate. Recently, I received a letter from the City that my permit was due to expire in Dec, 2013. I was quite concerned because I was told by one of your technicians, back in July, that it would be taken care of and that I did not have to do anything. When I called Precision last week (Nov,2013)I had the pleasure of speaking with Tiffany, who at the very beginning of our conversation had made me feel comforted and reassured that everything will be ok and will be taken care of. Tiffany showed compassion towards my sense of fear on the phone. Tiffany kept in constant contact with me the entire time until the job was corrected and the inspection was completed. She should be commended for the exceptional job she portrayed while on the phone with me. I believe Tiffany is definitely an asset to your company. She has wonderful Customer Service skills; I thank her wholeheartedly for all she did for me. Eric D (a young gentleman) was the technician that came out to correct the problem (fasteners missing on the top right bracket). As Eric walked up to my door he had the most genuine smile and greeted me with such pleasantness. I opened the garage door, he looked at the bracket, read the Violation Notice, and said this is not a problem I will take care of it. In less than minutes he was done. He was so very polite, the kindness he showed was impeccable. Again, I commend Eric D. for his exceptional customer service skills.
