Very impressed! On time, no nonsense. Josh (the technician) was very professional. He explained what had to be done and how long it would take prior to getting started. The gentleman who was here when I ordered the door, Hector, explained things well, was courteous, and professional. The installers of door and opener, Zacariah Bedard and a young man helping him, were very proficient and professional. They were held up by a job in the a.m., did communicate that with me and did inform me when they would arrive. The work was done competently and things were left clean. Mr. Bedard did explain how everything worked. Both gentlemen were courteous and polite and a pleasure to have working in my home.

There is never a good time to have your garage door break. Of course it was on my lunch hour and while my husband was away. I called Precision because I thought they had a Stuart office and the reviews were good. I am very pleased with the professionalism of the company. I got a email confirmation and knew exactly when the repair technician would arrive. My technician was Todd Chuha. Todd spotted the problem right away as it was obvious that one of the two springs was broken. Todd told me what it would cost to replace the broken spring and suggested that both springs be replaced. This made since to me. Todd also explained the importance of the bearings and suggested this would probably be a good thing to replace. After getting the total amount the repair was going to cost us, I decided to spend a little more to replace all of the mechanical parts, ie cables, springs, rollers. This was the best option as now these parts have a limited lifetime warranty. I never felt pressure from Todd. He explained what needed to be done and why. It turns our my rollers were in horrible condition. My husband was amazed how quite our new rebuilt garage door was, he had to open and close it several times. I would recommend Precision to any of my friends or neighbors. I prefer to keep my business in Martin County but I'm ok with Precision because of this experience.
