Called Monday morning 8:30 am and was told could have a tech out between 11:30 and 1:30. Tech Jeff called around 11:30 and said he would arrive in 20 to 30 minutes, which he did. He explained options and did work professionally and in timely manner. Would recommend.

With a very confusing problem we went to google and chose Precision Door Service. Jeff was our technician, very pleasant and knowledgeable with finding our problem. He explained what he found and informed of the different options we had and the price. With all that Jeff did to have our door working again the price was very reasonable. Your technicians appear to be qualified, and certainly were comfortable to communicate with. A return trip to replace a defective spring which you installed is another matter. Where is your quality control? A return trip not only inconveniences your customer (a PR cost), but it costs you three times!

Jeff was fantastic! Very knowledgeable and extremely patient. A great guy to have on Precision’s team to talk to customers who know absolutely nothing about garage doors. He helped us feel comfortable in the decisions we needed to make with regards to our garage door (what we thought was a simple and quick to fix problem is actually a much larger problem with a more expensive fix). He helped explain things thoroughly and didn’t make us feel stupid. He also gave us several options with his professional opinion as to which direction we should focus on — for us to get the end result we wanted and needed. He was reliable and an all around great guy. We’ll be asking for him when it comes time for our next “phase”.

I had a cable break one evening and called the next day for repair. They offered to send someone that day but I requested Jeff who had helped me previously. It was his day off so he came the following day. Replaced both drums and cables (14 years old) and got the door working great. Another prompt, professional performance. I recommend Precision and Jeff without hesitation.

Jeff arrived soon after noon today. Inspected the garage door and found several areas of concern. He prepared 3 programs related to repairing our door. We decided to have the complete repair as the door is 17+ years old and is used several times a day. To date it has served us well but we'll need it for several more years. Jeff performed the repair in a professional manner. Job well done

Jeff showed up on time and performed the necessary repairs to our satisfaction. He then recommrnded replacing the worn rollers. We knew they were in need of replacement and had him do this. He also performed a tune up to the door and it is now operating much more quietly and we are very happy with his service.

Ken did a great of replacing my garage door opener. He first made several attempts at trying to fix my old opener, trying many ways to salvage it. In the end, we decided to go with a new system. It was installed perfectly and timely.
