My garage door cable broke at 6:45 am when I went to open it. I googled garage door repair companies in my area and saw the excellent reviews so I called my local Percision Door Service, in Palm City, Florida. Within 2 hours, Ken was there to fix my garage door. He was professional, polite and very informative. He gave me 3 options and all very reasonable quotes. I went with his recommendation “best” option and the work was completed within 1 1/2 hours. Now I understand why the have so many 5 Star reviews. I wrote a very nice log review, your tech did an outstanding job repairing my door at a very reasonable price the same day. Just as I was finishing up I hit the wrong key on my PC and it disappeared. It took me about 10 minutes to write, and I didnt want to start all over. But I would not hesitate to use your company again. THe work was outstanding and done at a fair price.

Called Monday morning 8:30 am and was told could have a tech out between 11:30 and 1:30. Tech Jeff called around 11:30 and said he would arrive in 20 to 30 minutes, which he did. He explained options and did work professionally and in timely manner. Would recommend.

Your technicians appear to be qualified, and certainly were comfortable to communicate with. A return trip to replace a defective spring which you installed is another matter. Where is your quality control? A return trip not only inconveniences your customer (a PR cost), but it costs you three times!
