Jeff was fantastic! Very knowledgeable and extremely patient. A great guy to have on Precision’s team to talk to customers who know absolutely nothing about garage doors. He helped us feel comfortable in the decisions we needed to make with regards to our garage door (what we thought was a simple and quick to fix problem is actually a much larger problem with a more expensive fix). He helped explain things thoroughly and didn’t make us feel stupid. He also gave us several options with his professional opinion as to which direction we should focus on — for us to get the end result we wanted and needed. He was reliable and an all around great guy. We’ll be asking for him when it comes time for our next “phase”.

Excellent, prompt service. Mike was very knowledgable and explained his assessment thoroughly in terms I could understand. We had two garage doors tuned up, replacing springs, bearings and door seals. We also had our remote replaced and reprogrammed. Great job and we will use them again if needed.

Jeff showed up on time and performed the necessary repairs to our satisfaction. He then recommrnded replacing the worn rollers. We knew they were in need of replacement and had him do this. He also performed a tune up to the door and it is now operating much more quietly and we are very happy with his service.
