Joey called promptly in the time frame that we were told to expect him and gave an estimated arrival time. When he arrived he was friendly and courteous. He explained what he was going to do and then did a complete safety and mechanical inspection. Even though the door opener was less than two years old, he found that the previous installation was incorrect and the garage door and coil spring were not properly balanced causing the opener to fail prematurely. Joey had everything needed for an installation on his truck and did not need to order parts or schedule a time to come bank. He completed a new opener installation, lubricated the door rollers, spring and cables and explained how everything worked when he was done. Joey cleaned up after he was done and was very pleasant to talk to! Being new to the area, I did not know who to call to fix the garage door but I am pleased with our choice and would recommend this company and Joey again! Great service! Thank you Joey!

Upon arrival, he was courteous, professional and provided me with a complete assessment of the situation and several options, including pricing, for my consideration. There was no pressure to install a higher priced product either. Zeb accomplished the installation of a new garage door opener without haste. He wasted no time, kept the area neat and clean, edified everything worked properly and fully explained the operation and features of the product. Tyler did a great job installing the new system as my circuit board was toast. The new belt drive system is much smoother and quieter than the old system. So if Tyler is your representative from Precision Door service you can be sure he can diagnose the problem and quickly fix the problem.
