I have used Precision several times for service and repair of my garage door. The technicians are always courteous and do their work in a professional manner. I have never had to have them come back to redo their work, they do it correctly the first time. I'm sure you could find someone to do it for less money but for me the service offered is well worth the expense.

Service man was great despite not knowing our equipment well. The billing process is not great. There is too much focus on trying to sell additional features or charge more fora garage door reset that takes 5 minutes.

Our tech Adrian Esquivel was top notch. He was extremely knowledgeable and very polite and respectful. He explained to us why we were having all the malfunctions and replaced our lift motor. With this we got new remotes, new keypad and a new wall switch. I have used Precision in the past and have been quite pleased each time.

I am very pleased with the services and completed work of Precision. The office personnel did a nice job, were pleasant and answered all of my questions. Technician Tyler Wakefield kept me informed of his arrival. He did a complete analysis of our garage door and opener before he gave us recommendations to consider as solutions. By listening to our concerns, he gave us 2 solutions to consider. With a couple of questions answered we chose one of the 2 solutions, since it was exactly what we needed to fix our garage opener and door. He did not overwhelm us with options so it was easy to make a decision. However, he was clear that if we wanted further options he would provide them. He completed the work in a timely manner and then met with us to go over the work. Tyler was very pleasant and professional as he completed the analysis and work. With Precision installed my garage door about two years ago I was really impressed with the workmanship and of the men of the garage door itself, in true form when I had a problem caused by a tornado in our community Precision sent out a great guy called Eyron M. to repair the door. Young man they said was not only personable. He had a terrific knowledge of what he was doing. He repaired the door in a very quick way. Additionally, he made recommendations so we could make the door perfect again. I was pleased that his recommendations and I was pleased about his work, and I was really pleased about the door because, it was supposed to protect my garage and if it wasn’t for that door, I suspected damage on my house would’ve been much more more extensive. I know I’m waiting for the additional panels to make it like new again, but Precision doors and the people that work for them will get them to me quickly and then expertly install them.
