Called Monday morning 8:30 am and was told could have a tech out between 11:30 and 1:30. Tech Jeff called around 11:30 and said he would arrive in 20 to 30 minutes, which he did. He explained options and did work professionally and in timely manner. Would recommend.

Your technicians appear to be qualified, and certainly were comfortable to communicate with. A return trip to replace a defective spring which you installed is another matter. Where is your quality control? A return trip not only inconveniences your customer (a PR cost), but it costs you three times!

Jeff was fantastic! Very knowledgeable and extremely patient. A great guy to have on Precision’s team to talk to customers who know absolutely nothing about garage doors. He helped us feel comfortable in the decisions we needed to make with regards to our garage door (what we thought was a simple and quick to fix problem is actually a much larger problem with a more expensive fix). He helped explain things thoroughly and didn’t make us feel stupid. Excellent, prompt service. Mike was very knowledgable and explained his assessment thoroughly in terms I could understand. We had two garage doors tuned up, replacing springs, bearings and door seals. We also had our remote replaced and reprogrammed. Great job and we will use them again if needed.
