The technician was very professional, but did not have the part needed on the initial service call. Second service call resulted in the part installed malfunctioning and needed to be replaced. Third service call was a success, but seems that the motor does not function as well as was expected, with the door going up slower then before.

I got your name off of the internet. I searched garage door repair in Boca Raton Florida. You had a specific number for just Boca and advertised same day service, so I called. The woman that answered the phone was friendly, and assured me someone would be to my home between 8 and 12. I new the spring was broken because it had happened before.
