I am EXTREMELY pleased with Precision Door. Not only did they fix my garage very quickly, the technician tweaked my garage door to ensure it would not fall on my children if something were to happen to the cables. That extra step of caution (which he did on his own volition) was very thoughtful, and i appreciated him taking extra care. I will definitely be a returning customer, should the need arise!

Great experience. Needed to replace a broken torsion spring. Service Tech came earlier than expected,(a good thing) he evaluated the whole door system and explained what was good and what wasn't. He also explained what he thought needed to be replace and why and what the charges would be. Had all the work done in less than and hour. The technician was very professional, but did not have the part needed on the initial service call. Second service call resulted in the part installed malfunctioning and needed to be replaced. Third service call was a success, but seems that the motor does not function as well as was expected, with the door going up slower then before.

I got your name off of the internet. I searched garage door repair in Boca Raton Florida. You had a specific number for just Boca and advertised same day service, so I called. The woman that answered the phone was friendly, and assured me someone would be to my home between 8 and 12. I new the spring was broken because it had happened before. Bobby (Roberto?) was the technician. He gave me options, explained things clearly, came on time and was professional. I took the lifetime warranty option.
