Great phone person - took care of everything needed for after hours service - since Ihad to take a plane out early in am by 4 am and wife is PBC School crossing guard that leaves the house by 6:45 am - Great service when you really need it.

Bobby was very professional and provided a lot of information. I have a very heavy garage door (custom, wood on wood) with an 34 year old Overhead Model 100 opener (V-belt and chain drive). Currently looking at the your proposal but I prefer a heavy duty chain drive instead of the recommended belt drive.

Clearly explained the service options and performed the option I chose. Too early to tell-long term-the results of Rich's work. It's been only a few hours since he left. But . . . so far, so good.
