Pleasant, timely, was able to come on a Saturday, knowledgeable, fair, clean. This was my second experience with Precision and two different repair people were sent out months apart for two different issues and I gave five stars to both because it was warranted!

I would highly recommend Precision to anyone with a garage door. Their quick response had someone to our house the same day and it wasn’t an emergency. Their tech Chris Bernard, was one of the best, if not “the best” service person I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with and I am in a field that encounters technical personnel every day. His attitude, professionalism and knowledge was incredible. A real pleasure.
