a former general contractor it is always refreshing to find a company that answers the phone, is ready to do the job immediately at your convenience, and show up when they promise as well as doing the job properly. Unfortunately, well -run companies are uncommon these days so because of my experience I am highly recommending Precision Garage Doors. I would also like to say thank you to Zeb who was very polite and very efficient. A good representative of a really good company. A job well done!

Service Technician Merrill Gayle did an inspection of my garage door on Friday June 24th. The door would not go up only a couple of feet and stop. The large coil was broken and all the coils were frayed and supporting hinges and parts were worn.. The door did not have maintenance in over 10 plus years. 3-1/2 hours later in a hot garage it was done. 5 stars for Professionalism, Knowledge, and Communications on explaining and showing me what was worn and needed to be replaced
