As a reputable company it is our obligation to inform you when other parts on the doors are failing. However you are not obligated to get these parts, it is more to make you aware of issues to come. Very disappointed. When i called, i was told the technician would have ALL size springs with him, none costing more than $189 per. When the technician arrives, he determines that it is a "commercial" door. He has to go find the correct spring and then tells me the cost is almost DOUBLE the quote. Although he was polite, that is totally unacceptable!

This company is the worst! They have no idea what they are doing! Nobody responds to anything with this company. They use a caller or dispatch service and no one can get in touch with anybody. Most of their tecks Have no idea what is going on. I have had many calls to talk to the owner and no one will respond. They say they will call you back and never do! Beware of this company and I suggest you do not use them.

Don't ever use these people! They will overcharge you and take advantage of your situation - such as loss of electricity from a storm. Stay away from them!!!!

I thought I had found a professional organization that would charge fairly for work performed. Unfortunately, that was not the case and I had to eat the $90 show-up charge (and now I know why they charge that). I had a broken torsion spring and the price quoted to replace both springs was on the high side, but acceptable under the circumstances. But the attempted upsell to replace other components were priced as if each was the only thing they came out to do. Even though the springs were off and the unit was dismantled (no tension on any parts), they wanted over $300 to replace the bearing plates ($20 worth of parts and a dozen bolts), and $380 to replace the cables and drums (another $20 of parts and four bolts). That's when the bell went off and I went with a smaller independent repairman .
