My garage door spring broke and I wasn't able to open the garage. Willy Rodriguez came out the same day to do the repair. He did an amazing job. He explained everything to me before he did it, offered me several options and worked with me for the best plan to meet my needs. Your options only allow me one selection for each but there was more than thing serviced and more than one thing purchased.

Technician was great. Very satisfied with him. He was courteous, considerate, and professional. Only complaint is: I was told, over the telephone, that $89 diagnostic charge would be waived if I had work done. It was. But, I was also told that charge would then be $70 per 1/2 hour. Actual charge was $175 for 10 minute job in fixing opener WiFi connection. Charge was way higher than my expectation, based on telephone conversation with office. I was shocked.

I had an immediate positive impression on my initial phone call with Jules. She explained the services and pricing and scheduled a same-day service call for that afternoon. Tyler called ahead to confirm his arrival time, he was friendly, knowledgeable and explained multiple service/repair options. He performed the work efficiently and had my garage door working great in short order. A very positive experience overall.

EYRON was on time, knowledgeable, polite and he left the work area neat and clean. Your employees are thee link that makes your company strong and I'd say Eyron is a valuable asset. I have removed the prior company's sticker from the inside of the door and taped Eyron's business card there instead. *** You may want to consider providing your technicians with 3x5 stickers containing contact info so the customer can easily find your Name and Phone number when it is needed. You and Micah C. were kind enough to answer a few questions regarding my remote in the garage while you were both servicing 2 of my neighbors on different days. Merrick Gayle was very patient explaining what my options were. I had him replace the overhead system, etc. He explained what he was going to do before and then afterwards. He is a fine man and knows what he is doing. Please share this review with him. Also if I have a problem in the future, I would only want you, Micah or Merrick to service it. I am a stage 4 cancer patient and try to limit the stress when mechanical things need repair.

I found a tear in the rubber bottom of my garage door. Not knowing what it was, I called Precision. My first contact was Tommy, who asked us a few questions to ascertain the problem. Together, we decided to call my pest control guy and have him check for possible rodent cause. Pest control came and checked the whole garage, laid traps, and declared no rodents present now. I called Precision and set an appointment with Alex, who came and assessed the situation. Together we decided to replace the strip. He was very professional, courteous and efficient and within on hour all was new again!! Thanks you, Precision.
