Have used Precision in Indiana and Florida. Have found them to be professional, very knowledgeable and always on time. Did a complete inspection on my garage door and found the issue to be my 20-year-old motor/opener. Opener was replaced as well as a complete tuneup of all parts. Weather stripping on door also replaced. Great job. Recommend this company.

5pm on a Friday night, our Garage wouldn’t raise. Closer inspection identified a broken spring and with it being our main access to our home we feared a long weekend ahead of us. I was thrilled to see the “Broken Spring? Call (561) 515-5539 written on the spring collar. Even more thrilled after my online inquiry and a confirmed technician appointment at 10am the next day! Tyrone arrived promptly and was very courteous. He showed me what was wrong, what his suggested fix was, and importantly how I can service the door myself to make my new springs & bearings last as long as possible. I have to admit it wasn’t cheap, but this was Saturday call out, our door has new springs and bearings, and i learnt a lot from Tyrone. Thanks for an exceptional service! You saved our weekend!

I called Precision at around 9:40 am on Saturday and Merrick showed up around 1:30. He walked me through the problem and pointed out a few other issues that would need attention as well.
