Today was the second time I have used Precision Overhead Door for two totally unrelated necessary services. I could not have been more pleased or impressed. I've now met two different technicians and they were both wonderful. Everything was clearly and completely explained and the work was done efficiently, quickly and with a smile. I highly recommend this company.

We purchased our garage door from Precision last year and have been very happy with our choice. We have gotten many compliments on the door and several people in the community have purchased from them as well. We knew we would need to put in a new garage door opener but waited until ours died. You can barely hear the opening and closing of the door. Our service man, Jeff Brown, was excellent and explained everything to us. Precision stands behind their products and the service is always prompt and excellent. We made a very good choice going with Precision.

I was extremely happy with the installation. The 2 men who came ( Merrill & Nate) were very professional and extremely nice. They cleaned up after they were through and showed me everything to do as far as servicing the door. I was very happy with everything. I would give it 5 stars except for the time it took to get the door. I was told 1 week but could go to 2 if busy. It took 4. I would certainly do business with your company again. Merrill and Nate were the nicest guys and very professional

I had used Precision back in 2015, I was new to this area but had seen advertisements which were impressive. I remember it was a rainy Saturday, and they responded to my call and I had a service technician that same day. It was a great experience and the technician was very professional. Yesterday when I came home there was a problem with my garage door so I called to see if I could get someone out to the house however I called their 24hr number and I got a run-around. When you call I would suggest call their local number you will get Professional help. The technician they sent Daniel was a professional young man, courteous called when he was about 30 minutes from my house to let me know he was on the way. He checked everything out showed me where the problem was and he gave me an idea of things that can be done if I have further issues. I would definitely call them again to repair or replace my garage door equipment. Thank you.

I called my usual garage service company first, but that company treats me as though it is doing me a favor by providing service, so I called Precision. The woman I spoke with was friendly and offered to send someone out this afternoon. Ken O. arrived on time (even called 20 minutes before to let me know he'd arrive 5 minutes early). I thought I needed a new garage door opener, but Ken told me the issue was really just a bad sensor. He provided the pros and cons of installing a new opener or just replacing the sensor. I appreciated his honesty in not selling me something I didn't need. He answered all my questions and provided some tips about how my current opener operated. Precision will be my garage door service going forward since in dealing with them I felt like a valued customer instead of someone begging for the privileged of paying them to provide service.

We were given a time the worker would arrive and he arrived within that time. He looked at the garage and gave us an estimate of the job needed to be done. He gave us three options of cost and warranty for each. He worked very hard and in a timely manner. He was professional, friendly and kind.
