Great and fast service. Analyzed issue right away and gave us estimate and had the parts on truck. Whole think was quick and easy. Had them put new system in 5 years ago and all their installed items have worked flawlessly. Highly recommend them for all your garage door repairs and replacement items.

I woke up this morning to a not pleasant surprise. My garage door would not open. It worked fine yesterday, gave me no indication that it was on its last legs, but indeed during the night it decided to quit. Dave to the rescue. I called and asked for a technician and I couldn’t be more pleased with the gentleman that precision sent to work on my garage door. Dave arrived when he said he would, looked over my garage door and presented me with a few alternatives. I decided to have it fixed and not buy a new door at this time. Dave went to work and within an hour to an hour and a half my garage door is working and more quiet than it has ever been. I now have a pad that works, and I am very pleased with the company and definitely with Dave. I highly recommend precision doors.

Problem solved! Technician, Julio, very professional and knowledgeable. Keypad needed replacement. We spoke about garage door and I said it had just been serviced. Very satisfied with this call and would not hesitate to recommend to my friends and neighbors. FYI...I used to watch a baseball player named Tim Wakefield. Are you related?

Jose Espinoza sent e-mail notification of his arrival and was exactly on time. We discussed the issue with my garage door and he was 'spot on' with his diagnosis. He outlined what he planned to check and provided a written quotation for three options ... my choice. He finished within the proposed time frame, tested the fixes, and answered a couple of the questions I had. Very knowledgeable, very pleasant. Will definitely use Precision again in the future.

I was very impressed with the online scheduling. I logged on to the website 7:20am and was able to secure a spot between 8am - 10am. The technician called 30 minutes before his arrival and he was on time. He was professional, listened to my needs and walked me through my options. I did not feel pressured nor rushed. I am happy with My decision and would happily recommend Precision to friends and family. That technician is an asset to your company.

Precision Door was impressive. They kept me informed on an arrival time. Michael, the technician, was professional and a skilled worker. He was here for a tune up and did a great job. He replaced the weather seal that I knew really needed it. He showed what else could be done to have the garage door quieter and smoother, but accepted that I wanted to do that next time. It was a pleasure to do business with them.

Great experience all around. Booked on line. They called right away to confirm and check if we had any questions. They let us know Jose was close by and would call shortly. Jose called and let us know when he would be to the house. He was right on time. Jose did a thorough inspection and provided us with a quote right upfront. He had the parts for the repair right on his truck and did a great job. Highly recommend both Precision Garage and especially Jose!
