I was very impressed with the online scheduling. I logged on to the website 7:20am and was able to secure a spot between 8am - 10am. The technician called 30 minutes before his arrival and he was on time. He was professional, listened to my needs and walked me through my options. I did not feel pressured nor rushed. Precision Door was impressive. They kept me informed on an arrival time. Michael, the technician, was professional and a skilled worker. He was here for a tune up and did a great job. He replaced the weather seal that I knew really needed it. He showed what else could be done to have the garage door quieter and smoother, but accepted that I wanted to do that next time. It was a pleasure to do business with them.

Great experience all around. Booked on line. They called right away to confirm and check if we had any questions. They let us know Jose was close by and would call shortly. Jose called and let us know when he would be to the house. He was right on time. Jose did a thorough inspection and provided us with a quote right upfront. He had the parts for the repair right on his truck and did a great job. Highly recommend both Precision Garage and especially Jose!

My garage door spring broke and I wasn't able to open the garage. Willy Rodriguez came out the same day to do the repair. He did an amazing job. He explained everything to me before he did it, offered me several options and worked with me for the best plan to meet my needs. Your options only allow me one selection for each but there was more than thing serviced and more than one thing purchased.

Technician was great. Very satisfied with him. He was courteous, considerate, and professional. Only complaint is: I was told, over the telephone, that $89 diagnostic charge would be waived if I had work done. It was. But, I was also told that charge would then be $70 per 1/2 hour. Actual charge was $175 for 10 minute job in fixing opener WiFi connection. Charge was way higher than my expectation, based on telephone conversation with office. I was shocked.

Julio was very professional and kind. He called prior to arriving. He installed new springs, new supports, key pad and fixed the whole bottom of a double door and did a tune up. He was knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

Tyrone was a wonderful service technician. Though it was a rather simple issue I had with the remote he did a great job in explaining everything to me. Also that my car comes equipped with a garage opener, duh. Service charge was half of other places I called. Highly recommend.
