My garage door spring broke and I wasn't able to open the garage. Willy Rodriguez came out the same day to do the repair. He did an amazing job. I was really impressed with his professionalism, skill level, and patience. He took the time to answer all of my questions, answer any concerns that I had, and my garage door has never worked better! I give a 5 star rating based on immediate results. Hopefully this will hold after a few weeks and months. Chris was prompt, efficient, sweet, honest and thorough. He explained everything to me before he did it, offered me several options and worked with me for the best plan to meet my needs. Your options only allow me one selection for each but there was more than thing serviced and more than one thing purchased.

Technician was great. Very satisfied with him. He was courteous, considerate, and professional. Only complaint is: I was told, over the telephone, that $89 diagnostic charge would be waived if I had work done. It was. But, I was also told that charge would then be $70 per 1/2 hour. Actual charge was $175 for 10 minute job in fixing opener WiFi connection. Charge was way higher than my expectation, based on telephone conversation with office. I was shocked.

Julio was very professional and kind. He called prior to arriving. He installed new springs, new supports, key pad and fixed the whole bottom of a double door and did a tune up. He was knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

I had an immediate positive impression on my initial phone call with Jules. She explained the services and pricing and scheduled a same-day service call for that afternoon. Tyrone was a wonderful service technician. Though it was a rather simple issue I had with the remote he did a great job in explaining everything to me. Also that my car comes equipped with a garage opener, duh. Service charge was half of other places I called. Highly recommend.

The tech Eyron was absolutely amazing! Replaced the battery in my garage door opener very quickly, and reviewed some other areas that I should keep an eye on for the actual door for the future. You and Micah C. were kind enough to answer a few questions regarding my remote in the garage while you were both servicing 2 of my neighbors on different days. Merrick Gayle was very patient explaining what my options were. I had him replace the overhead system, etc. He explained what he was going to do before and then afterwards. He is a fine man and knows what he is doing. Please share this review with him. Also if I have a problem in the future, I would only want you, Micah or Merrick to service it. I am a stage 4 cancer patient and try to limit the stress when mechanical things need repair.

I found a tear in the rubber bottom of my garage door. Not knowing what it was, I called Precision. My first contact was Tommy, who asked us a few questions to ascertain the problem. Together, we decided to call my pest control guy and have him check for possible rodent cause. Pest control came and checked the whole garage, laid traps, and declared no rodents present now. I called Precision and set an appointment with Alex, who came and assessed the situation. Together we decided to replace the strip. He was very professional, courteous and efficient and within on hour all was new again!! Thanks you, Precision.

It was Sunday of Labor Day weekend and we discovered Sat night the garage door was jammed and wouldn't open. Found a froze up wheel on the track. Figured we were stuck until Tues or Wed but hit chat anyway and the person was able to send someone Sunday at 5pm. Fantastic. Chris showed up on time and immediately knew what was wrong, 1 of the springs had let go. The door was 11 years old. He suggested we replace the springs, bearings and wheels because they were all in questionable shape. In the long run this might actually save us money as well as more down time and service calls. He did the work right then and you now can't even here the door going up and down. He gave us options, in case we didn't take his recommendation, explained everything to us and showed us everything after the fix. A neighbor had highly recommended PGD and I have to agree. All receive 5 stars from the chat, to the technician and the company. Very professional and although expensive, we felt we got our money's worth. Let's hope we get 10 more years. Plus it came with 3 year warranty.
