Precision was recommended by a next door neighbor. I had an emergency when door came off of track. Precision told me not to attempt to move door as wires could cause serious personal injuries. They said they would have a man out between 2-6PM. Alex called at 1:30 and advised he would be at my home at 2PM. At 2PM , he arrived at my home and he reviewed the damages and gave me a price. He then started working and repaired the problem. He put in a couple of 7" rollers. He recommended replacing all the rollers in the double door and then straighten the rails and had the door working as good, if not better than when it was installed new. He was right as the rollers made the door run smoother and quieter. He was very professional and extremely efficient. He knew what had to be done and repaired the door to my satisfaction. Thank you for the professional and quick repairs, and most of all for the quick service, which as you know in Florida is rare to find.

Have used you in Tampa, but this was my parents house in Atlantis. Set up work for when I was there on business. Installer Eric called in sick I found out when I called at 11:45 during my 9-12 window. Had to catch a flight so postponed until next day when installer taking Eric's place said it would be 4 hours later. Eric put in new motor next morning but just left cord dangling. For $570 I expected total installation as it is an easy splice into existing cord and hook up door to chain. House has sold since and inspector put on report garage door inopperable. Expected the job to be done after paying that much.

We had just purchased a new garage door opener for the second time in a year and lo and behold, just when my husband leaves for a business trip, the garage door opener breaks again! No matter what I did, I couldnt get the garage door to go back up. I called Precision and they were able to send their Technician, Alex, out to look at the problem. He called in advance and was right on time for the appointment. Turns out, it was a very simple fix where all he had to do was tigbten the drive belt on the door opener motor. He charged me only for the service call and my garage door is working once again. It is quiet and barely makes a sound when in use. My wife found your company's website on the internet after we became dissatisfied with the service provided by one of your competitors. The reviews presented there motivated us to call. Your service technician, Noah Nelson, was courteous, efficient, and thoroughly explained everything to both my wife and me at separate times. He made sure we understood the workings of our new garage door opener which replaced a 20 year old one from another company. The finished door and opener is quieter than I have ever heard a garage door in operation. Noah also replaced the rollers and programmed our vehicle to operate the door. I especially liked the fact that Noah was not rushing to get to the next job but took the time to make sure we did not have any more questions before he left. It was a 5 star job and I will not hesitate to contact your company again should the need arise.

I called after 9:00 pm on Saturday night and the phone was answered promptly by Christina. Although she was unable to schedule me for Sunday, she did get an appointment for me on Monday, between the hours of 1 and 5. I had original garage door openers over 14 years old...they started acting up so I called "Precision doors...and they are expert in what they do.... the uniforms, the trucks everything was spot on!....Recommended replacing the door springs as well, which were quite rusty...and the openers, the sensors and door springs were installed fast!....love the new garage door openers ...many advances have been made from the vinyl belt drive to the quiet motor to the nice touchpads and remote controls....all are excellent and the service was outstanding! ....the highest recommendations! can't go wrong with this company... they are the best there is.
