I had a significant failure of my garage door. Called them and they were able to come out the same day. Tim Wakefield was my Tech. He repaired the door and some damaged wiring in about 45 mins. Made some good recommendations for my consideration. Price was reasonable and fair I think. Will definitely call Precision again as needed.

I was introduced to Precision door a few years back when we needed a new motor and track. Old unit was worn out and had a noisy chain. New motor and belt driven. A recent roof replacement caused damage to a door panel, and we were given credit towards a new door. I needed new springs for my garage door. After inspecting my 20 year-old door, Tyler Wakefield gave me three options regarding the door repair. He explained each option thoroughly. Having replaced ONLY the springs these last 20 years I decided that besides replacing the springs, again, it was time to replace other items in order to make the door work as effectively as possible (bearings, drums, cables, rollers- plastic to rubber). Tyler did a great job repairing, replacing, adjusting, lubricating, etc. My garage door is good as new and works well. Best of all, in the event I lose electricity, I am now able to manually open the door all by myself! I recommend Precision Garage Door Service of South Florida.
