All of which lead successful lives in a customer service capacity, just like Dad. Have 8+ years in the general contracting service in Michigan but over 37 years in the customer service industry. Once my training is complete by the exceptional team of installers and technicians on staff. I will be happy to assist you personally with all your garage door needs. I have been in my house since 2004. First time I’ve had to do major work on the garage since replacing the springs. Steven was very nice and professional. All the noise I was hearing is now gone. Just waiting to hear from the technician because we couldn’t get the cars to sync so we wouldn’t have to use the garage door openers.

Teddy came for a service call after I made the mistake of having another company come out for spring replacement. Teddy was very friendly, informative, he did an inspection of our entire garage door and components and made recommendations for things that should be done in the future.
