I have been in my house since 2004. First time I’ve had to do major work on the garage since replacing the springs. Steven was very nice and professional. All the noise I was hearing is now gone. Just waiting to hear from the technician because we couldn’t get the cars to sync so we wouldn’t have to use the garage door openers.

Steve explained what I needed and why I needed it and gave me options as to what I wanted done. He spent a lot of time and did a great job. Thank you.

Steve was polite, respectful, and efficient. He took his time and was very careful not to damage my car since he did not have much room to work with my car stuck in the garage. I just wish the price was a little cheaper but it was reasonable with the coupon that I had

Problems primarily with the springs being maladjusted. He fixed them, lubed the rollers and was helpful with advice. Great experience.

Teddy came for a service call after I made the mistake of having another company come out for spring replacement. Teddy was very friendly, informative, he did an inspection of our entire garage door and components and made recommendations for things that should be done in the future. He did not pressure me like the other company did and I feel very confident and grateful for his honesty, integrity and professionalism. I have Precision on speed dial and will continue to recommend them to anyone. I will never make the mistake of going with any other company again. Thank you Teddy and I look forward to working with you all in the future!

Had a great experience with Precision. When I met with installer Bobby for an estimate he was very knowledgable and did not sell me anything i did not need. I am extremely happy with the work Bobby did. I highly recomend Precison to others, in fact my neighbor will be using them next week!
