Just want to thank technician Steven Williams for his professional service and advice. He was pleasant, patient and very knowledgeable. I took his advice and had a surge protector installed to avoid resetting the door opener after rolling blackouts.

Technician Steve and his assistant were very efficient, professional, personal, kind, and thorough. Steve explained all my options and did not pressure me into making a decision concerning my options. He is very knowledgeable. Honestly though, even with my options, I didn’t realize how expensive it is to repair a garage door .

Had a wonderful experience from the time I called to make the appointment to the time their team came and installed itinerary new system! At first they came out for a repair but Stephen was very knowledgeable and professional and explained to me that what I thought it was broken was not and that I needed a new system among other pieces. I would definitely recommend! Thank you Stephen and team for all your hard work especially on a Friday night!!!

Steven called ahead, was right on time, and was very professional in replacing our broken spring. He has a good personality and positive demeanor. Melissa, who answered my initial call and set up the appointment, was also very pleasant and professional. This was my first time using Precision and I will definitely use them again in the future if the need arises.
