I called a couple of companies to come over and give me quote. I chose Precision. Dave came over and gave me a quote.... I found him honest and trustworthy... 2 days later, Logan and Vince came over and installed my new door. They did a superb job! Thank you. Would highly recommend Precision to anyone looking to get repairs or new installation.

After THE MOST HORRIFIC TWO-DAY EXPERIENCE with Mr. Fix It Garage Door Services, complete with the technicians leaving the job in the middle and never returning, to me texting to re-schedule for the next morning only to have no one show up, to me then calling them and demanding that they resolve this today as their level of service was unacceptable, to “Mike” taking two hours to get to my house only to get into a verbal altercation w/my fiancé, pack up his tools and all equipment, get into his van and drive away!!!???? Precisión Door Service of South Florida came thru the very same day - - within hours of my call - - w/top of the line CUSTOMER SERVICE as well as over all OUTSTANDING service for my garage door!!! My AMAZING TECHNICIAN Rony called me ONE HOUR ahead of our scheduled appointment to let me know that he could come right now, and even arrived at my house before I did!!! He was kind, professional, and installed my garage door within the time that he said he would! He even went above & beyond by installing my new garage lights that I had just purchased and was just about to attempt to put in myself!!! Talk about night & day experiences!!! Based on Rony’s recommendations, I will be calling them in a few short weeks again, as well as in the future for all of my garage door service needs!!! I will also definitely be referring them to everyone that I know!!!

Logan and Jose called us when they were on their way. They arrived on time and after introducing themselves, they got to work on removing the old door. Logan told me to come out anytime to see how they were progressing. I checked a few times and was pleasantly surprised to see how well they worked together, every move was well coordinated. When they were finished mounting the hardware, installing the door and operator they called me into the garage to go over all the operation criteria, safety aspects of the door and maintenance requirements. The guys were simply terrific.
