I made an appointment online and was able to get same day service. I couldn't figure out what was wrong. Illana was here on time and was able to diagnose the problem immediately. She fixed the garage on my shed and she was also able to replace the rubber piece on the large main house garage. The pricing was affordable. Illana was very professional, kind and very knowledgeable. I would recommend Precision Door to my family and friends. Illana is definitely an asset to your company.

I was very satisfied with the immediate service since I called on a Saturday and they sent somebody right over The techs name was Julio. He explained all my options for my problem answered all my questions and gave me the prices. I then chose a option. Julio did a fine job excellently installed excellent work like a real pro and cleanliness couldn’t have been better cleaned up the job site. Better even blew out my garage with a blower. Explained future services and maintenance about the door yearly which I’ve never done. I was very satisfied with the service I received from precision garage door. Our original call was to replace an old operator with a new WiFi enabled one. We purchased our home less than a year ago and also wanted the door serviced because we were unsure when it was last serviced and the door was quite jerky and noisy. Having had some prior experience with garage door repairs in our other homes, we knew more needed to be done other than the operator replacement. Both Logan and David arrived timely and were very professional. They educated us on what was going on with the door: Old/Worn spring, aging cables, and end of life metal rollers. We were especially impressed they had all parts on the vehicle to perform the repairs and replace the operator. Work was done timely and neatly. After work was completed, Logan and David spent time reviewing with us the work performed. We are thoroughly satisfied with the technicians' knowledge and professionalism.

This is the second time I've used your company. Everyone is courteous, polite, and professional. I called at 8:10 am and the service tech was here at 9:30 am. Jose Espinoza was polite, looked at the problem, and told me what was wrong, what it would take to fix it, and the cost. Once done he pointed out that the bottom seal on the door needed replacing. I authorized the fix which was done quickly.
