We saw Precision door service at the home show and took advantage of their show special to inspect our garage door We knew our opener was on its last legs Our hurricane proof door had been installed with only a 1/3 HP motor!. Merrick Gayle came out and gave us a good price for the new opener and replaced the rollers and bottom gasket and adjusted the door and tightened every nut on the door Our door is like new, low noise and it has all of the my Q features (camera, remote key pad and access via my Iphone) I highly recommend Merrick and Precision Door service

You and Micah C. were kind enough to answer a few questions regarding my remote in the garage while you were both servicing 2 of my neighbors on different days. I had the pleasure of seeing your truck at a neighbor's home. I walked over and had the pleasure of meeting Merrick Gayle. I explained the situation that I was having with my garage door and he promised me that he would stop over and take a look at it. I was told that the situation that I was having was easily reparable. First of all, it was my pleasure to meet a repairman that was honest and reliable. He came over to look at things, explain exactly what needed to be done and it was done immediately. The door worked perfectly. We tested it and all was fine. Today, I could not open the door. Shortly after my repair, Merrick was back on his truck and made the necessary repairs and all is fine. I would be thrilled to recommend your company to anyone that needs garage door repair. A simple call was all that was needed!

The lead service technician, Merrick Gayle, was very professional during his visit to our home to repair our garage door that was no longer opening. In no time, Merrick had the garage door replaced with new hardware and lubricated; leaving it functioning better than when the home was first purchased back in 2015. His explanations were very well articulated and his willingness to provide us with answers to our questions was very insightful. In my opinion, he went up and beyond the call of duty, fixing the tension of the cabling/chain, aligning both sensors, lubricated all necessary areas of the garage door and even added a wire management cover to keep the cabling tidy. We had an amazing experience and plan on reaching out again to Precision Garage Door Solutions for additional work. We will certainly ask for Merrick!
